Jim Jordan is the President of The Jordan Real Estate Group and Quality Title & Abstract Agency, which has proudly served the lending and legal community for over 35 years. Jim spearheaded the company’s expansion efforts and is instrumental in developing the technological advancements and streamlined processing systems allowing for faster and more efficient delivery of appraisal and title insurance products to our business partners.

The Jordan Real Estate Group provides residential and commercial appraisal management services to banks and mortgage lenders as well as local appraisal services to homeowners, attorneys, and realtors. Quality Title & abstract Agency is a full service title insurance agency underwritten by Chicago Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company providing commercial, industrial and residential title insurance along the east coast as well as a host of property report and entity searches.

A Certified Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Florida, and Pennsylvania, Jim started his appraisal career in 1988. He is an FHA approved appraiser and holds an IFA designation from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.  A Title Officer since 1992, he holds title insurance licenses in New Jersey as well as 15 other states along the east coast.

A resident of Monmouth County, Jim earned his B.A in Communications from Rowan University and serves on the Executive Board of the Greater New Jersey Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. He is also a member of the Collateral Risk Network which is an appraisal industry association of Chief Appraisers around the country.
